PAUVRE PLUME? HUH?!?
Please please please don't be scared by the French! I promise I wouldn't do anything to hurt you: you'll find the translation of my blog title if you click on my "Bits of Self" page, which also offers additional info about me and what the H I'm doing here. Mostly I'm avoiding writing my dissertation. This blog is yet another escape route. I'm a 30-something ABD Ph.D. candidate in 19th-Century French Literature. I subscribe to two magazines: "Time" & "US Weekly." I am a pop-culture intellectual -- one brow's kinda low, the other's kinda high. I tend to be asymmetrical. other surgeries look so horrible.
They usually look ok in the “before” pic
and then go horribly wrong in the “after pics”.
